The Gorilla Glass® face of this phone cracked after a bad fall... again. Instead of replacing it another time, engraving the glass up to the phone's edges with patterns of jungle vegetation will look like a natural extension of the crackly design. Use a tempered steel needle.

Métronome de fortune

Picture
The shower shaft always pulls its attachment from the wall and wobbles right and left. Instead of re-screwing the shaft to the wall, install a graduated clothes hanger behind it. The wobbly shaft will stop on a particular number and guide the day accordingly. A bit like fortune telling.

Distributeur d'insectes

18/12/2019

Picture
The cat's favourite object is his dry food dispenser. He also loooooooves insects as supplements. Let's lure him with cardboard cut insect shapes glued to the dispenser's plastic base.

Cokaski

Another sticky phone case... always clinging to the pocket fabric. All that's needed to make it slide are skis made from basic hair barrettes glued at eight strategic points. Slip slip slip!

Axelle's piggy bank broke in two pieces which were roughly glued back together leaving a visible scar. Her hair, cut in 2cm long bristles, will be glued all along the scar to create a mane.

Cils de Mimi

18/12/2019

Picture
Mimi, the plastic baby, lost her eyelashes. Gluing curled comb-like black paper rectangles on top of her eyes will be very theatrical. Mend the holes in her pink pajamas with old white sock fabric cut in eye shapes. Why not add lashes to those eyes as well?

Chaussoir

Blue sparkling shoes with worn out toecaps? Stay in the glitter glamour style, and use silver foil candy wrapper to cover baldness with diamond-like flakes. Sweet!

Ceinture-tuyeau

Picture
The boy has lots of check shirts but dislikes them. Worn hidden inside his trousers would be OK. By cutting off the sleeves and sewing them together at the shoulder ends, they will be transformed into secret tubing-belts for hiding secret things. Use the existing cuff buttons to fasten the belts.

Calcolt

17/12/2019

Picture
Colt, a Golden Retriever, gnawed the obsolete clam shell phone. Luckily, the calculator function is still a go. Gluing old yellow socks over the cheweing marks to make doggy ears and teeth will change the phone into a math-dog.

Bouteille d'eau

Picture
The four year old boy is a lefty and always mixes up his shoes. Let's glue a fridge magnet number "4" on the left shoe Velcro® to attract his attention. He should intuitively reach for that shoe with his left hand and put it on the left foot, right?
